教师先简单叙述自己每年是如何庆祝自己的生日的,让学生理解celebrate一词的含义。

T:I often eat noodles with my family on my birthday. What about you? 引导学生用简单的语言说说他们自己是怎样庆祝生日的。

2.新课呈现

1)呈现课件,向学生们介绍明天是Lisa的生日,让学生预测一下Lisa准备怎么过生日。

T: What date is your birthday on? P: It’s on the 1st.

T: What day is your birthday on? P: It’s on Monday.

2)通过以下问题让学生逐步理解课文内容:

How does Lisa celebrate her birthday? Will she invite her friends to her birthday party? How does she invite them? When does the party begin?

重点目标语言:Would you like to come to my birthday party?

Sure. I’d love to. 3)教师介绍说:Lisa邀请朋友参加她的生日聚会,她向朋友们发出邀请卡。用课件展示Lisa的邀请卡,让学生认真观察,讨论她的邀请卡上写了什么,总结邀请卡应该有哪些关键信息。
