Sing the song——Welcome back.

II.The words study.

1. Show a flashcard and ask: What’s this? A bird. Read and spell “bird”.

2. In the same way, the teacher teaches the words: cat, dog, fish, frog, hamster, mouse, rabbit.

3. Listen and point.

4. Listen and repeat.

III.Find the wizard’s pet.

1.Tell the pupils that they have to discover the wizard’s pet.

2.Play a similar exercise.

3.Give the pupils an example.

4.Then play the cassette and ask the pupils to indicate the sequence of squares using a pencil or a coloured crayon.

5.Play the cassette two or three times so that all the pupils can identify the wizard’s pet.

6.Solution: a frog.

IV.The action story.

1.Teach: fly, run, swim, eat, sit, roar.

2.Say and do the action: Fly like a budgie. Run like a rabbit. Swim like a fish. Eat like a hamster. Sit like a dog. Roar like a tiger.

3.Play a game. I say you do.

4.Listen and point.

5.Listen and repeat.

6.Listen again and fill in the numbers.
