二、单元与评价目标
全体学生能在图片文字的帮助下,运用核心词汇go to the park, go to the cinema, go to the zoo, take a photograph等动词词组,以口、笔形式用一般现在时态以第一人称介绍儿童节一天的活动;并能运用核心句型“ What do you do on Children’s Day?”“Do you ...?”来询问他人的儿童节活动情况;帮助学生感受儿童节的快乐以及不同国家不同儿童拥有不同的儿童节活动。做到语音语调正确优美,语义表达较有逻辑,并带有一定情感。
1.大部分学生能在Alice的儿童节语境中感知、理解、朗读核心词汇have a class party, take a photograph, go to the park等及核心句型I (do)...,能借助图文模仿朗读小段对话,并能以第一人称介绍Alice的儿童节一天的活动,感受Alice儿童节一天活动的丰富和快乐。
2. 大部分学生能在Alice与英国朋友May的对话语境中进一步理解、朗读核心词汇及句型What do you do on Children’s Day? I (do)…;能借助图文模仿朗读对话;能以第一人称介绍May儿童节一天的活动;能简单说一说自己儿童节一天的活动,感受不同国家、不同儿童拥有不一样的儿童节。
3.大部分学生能在阅读Alice微博评论制作信息卡的语境中再次熟练、流利朗读核心词汇;能在‘jigsaw reading’的活动中熟练运用核心句型获取信息,能以第一人称介绍来自各国儿童的儿童节日常活动;能以书面形式介绍自己的儿童节,再次感受不同国家、不同儿童拥有不同的儿童节。

My Children’s Day
--by Alice
Hi, I’m Alice. Today is the first of June. It’s Children’s Day. It’s big day for children. I’m happy.
In the morning, I go to school. First we decorate the classroom. It’s beautiful!
Then we have a class party. At the party, we sing and dance. We eat and drink. And we play games. How happy we are! In the afternoon, we have no classes. I go to the park with my parents. We take many photographs there.
What a happy day!

My Children’s Day

May: What do you do on Children’s Day, Alice?
Alice: In the morning, I have a class party at school.
In the afternoon, I go to the park and take many photos there.
May: That’s fun!
Alice: Yes, everyone is having fun in the park.

May: In the morning, I often go to the park with my parents. We have a picnic there.
In the afternoon, I often go to the cinema with my friends.
Alice: Do you have a class party?
May: No, we don’t. We don’t go to school on Children’s Day.

Children’s Day in different countries
S: Hello, I’m Sam. I’m from Singapore. In Singapore, Children’s Day is on the first of October. On Children’s Day, I often go to Singapore Zoo with my parents. I love animals. We can see all kinds of animals in the zoo. So happy!
J: Hi! My name’s Jane. I’m from Thailand. In Thailand, Children’s Day is on the second Saturday of January. On Children’s Day, we often have a class party at school. We sing and dance, and we have nice food. How happy!
K: Hello, I’m Kenji. I’m from Japan. In Japan, there are two Children’s Days. The Children’s Day for boys is on the fifth of May. I often go to the cinema with my parents on that day. I love watching films!
E: Hello, I’m Eva. I’m from Japan, too. The Children’s Day for girls is on the third of March. I like going to the park with friends. We like taking photos there. We are happy.
