一、设计与施教理念

设计课程的主要理论依据是根据新课标、合作学习教学法和任务型教学的理念。根据“在学中用，在用中学，学了就用，边学边用”的原则，以学生为主体，以完成任务为线索，以活动为中心，让学生在“用”中发挥思维能力、创新能力和语言运用能力。

根据语言“循序渐进”的规律设置了写前、写中和写后的各个环节。

根据新课标培养学生在英语阅读中学习策略和情感态度的要求，设立了独立学习、交流和小组活动讨论的多种形式，让学生了解申请信该如何写，体会应用文的交际性，并能进行现实生活中真实存在的申请工作，申请志愿者服务和申请出国留学等具体问题的信件书写。

二. 教材分析

本模块以

Launching your career为话题，旨在通过模块教学使学生了解社会中的各种工作及其对社会的重要作用，并让学生设想未来的工作类型，培养学生对社会的责任感，培养他们奉献社会、回报社会的精神，使他们认识到只有通过自己的努力工作改造社会，未来社会才会变得更美好。写作部分要求学生就某一项工作写一封求职信，求职信是高中英语书面表达常用的一种应用文，其目的是应聘者向招聘者展示自己的才华，陈述自己的简历。

三、学情分析

我们班的学生之前学习过不同类型的应用文，例如建议信，投诉信，感谢信等。针对不同类型的应用文，已经有一定的写作技巧的积累。但是写作仍然是他们的弱项。而书信写作是近些年高考的热点，所以提高学生的写作水平尤为重要。本节课选用的第五单元的说写课，主要是让学生通过赏读范文总结求职信写作要求和结构，通过课堂练习加强求职信写作的能力。 四．Design of Teaching Objectives

六．Teaching Methods(教学方法及教学手段)

通过五步教学法，以任务为驱动，由浅入深，由易到难，循序渐进的深化教学内容。展开以教师为主导，以学生为主体的师生双边活动及学生的合作学习活动。课堂上以现代化电教手段-多媒体辅助教学，贯穿整个教学过程。增加了直观性和趣味性，加大了课堂密度，提高了教学效果。充分利用翻转课堂的设计理念，做到以学生为中心确定任务-完成任务-汇报任务。

八．Teaching procedures (教学过程)

Step 1 lead-in Have a greeting to students and show students some pictures about job hunting.

设计意图:To arouse students’ interests and introduce the topic.

Step 2 Speaking & sharing

What kind of career/job would you like to take in the future? Why? 设计意图: Get the students into the topic.

Step 3 Before-Writing (Observing and Discovering) In this part, students will be shown a sample writing about a letter of application. Then they will be guided to finish the following two tasks: find the structure &find the useful expressions in the article. 设计意图: To help the students master the general structure and some useful expressions of application letter, both of which will be of great help in their writing in the next part.

Step 4 While-Writing

Ss are asked to write a letter of application according to the writing task given below. Before writing, they need to discuss it in groups.

注意： 1. 词数：100左右 2. 可适当增加细节，以使行文连贯 设计意图: To guide Ss to master how to use what they have learned to write a good letter of application.

Step 5 Post-Writing (assessment) In this part, Ss will be encouraged to share their article and polish their article in their groups. 设计意图: To help Ss have a further understanding of what we should pay attention to when we write a letter of application and how to check and polish the article. Meanwhile, try to cultivate their sense of cooperation.

Step 6 Summary Ask one student to summarize what we have learned. And let students know that dreams will not abandon you , as long as you never stop pursuing, Never say die ,never give up and you will touch the beauty of the dream.

Step 7 Homework Polish your writing after class with the help of your group members and get well prepared to share your articles with us tomorrow.

Step 8 Enjoy a song. Let students enjoy a song Dream it possible. Get them to realize the importance of having dreams and working hard in launching their ideal jobs.

十．Reflection after teaching

(教学反思)

本节课教学目标明确，重难点突出，结构清晰，教学内容设计符合学生的实际水平，依照他们的学习习惯依次递进，步骤明了，写作框架清晰，能很好的对学生进行思维锻。利用思维导图帮助学生清晰明白求职信的结构。通过小组活动，更好地提高他们课堂参与度和完成任务的积极性。但由于全班学生的英语水平参差不齐，虽然通过小组活动能提高他们的积极性，但还是有个别学生在活动中相对被动，接下来我将继续探索更加适合他们的教学方法，提高其英语学习的兴趣。
