【教材分析】

本单元选自《英语（牛津上海版）》三年级第二学期第一模块。3B Module 1 的主题是Using my five senses，Unit 3的主题是Tasting and smelling。这一单元共有六个板块，其中Look and learn, Look and say, Learn the sound板块为本单元的核心板块，Say and act为次核心板块，另外的Do a survey, Listen and enjoy板块为非核心板块，Learn the sound板块为每个单元的语音板块。本单元的核心内容是从嗅觉和味觉来描述食物，并进行问答。其中的核心词汇是：sweet(糖果), sweet(甜的), lemon, sour, salt, salty, coffee, bitter。本单元的核心句型是：--How does it smell/taste?

【学情分析】

本单元的教学对象为闵行区田园外语实验小学三年级14班的学生，该班学生的学生对英语学习有浓厚的兴趣，经过两年多的英语、双语、外教等相关课程的浸润式学习和体验，具有积极的学习态度和良好的学习习惯，善于倾听，乐于模仿。大部分学生有较好的英语口语基础，愿意表达自己的观点，且语音标准、语调比较优美。个别学生存在注意力不集中，上课发言不积极的情况，需要教师重点关注。

Now Kitty and Mum are having dinner.

Kitty: Mum, close your eyes. Smell this. How does it smell?

Mum: Oh, It’s very nice. Is it fish?

Mum puts some lemon juice on it.
