1、教材分析：

本单元的话题是李明和Jenny Danny在加拿大的学校生活。本课是第二单元的第三课，主要内容是与学生生活密切相关的各地天气与温度和学生切身相关的正常体温和小鸡健康体温问题

2、学生分析：

学生通过三年的英语学习，六年级学生已经积累了不少英语知识并掌握了有关天气和数字的单词及句型，

通过继续深入学习，通过师生之间的合作交流和指导，让不同层次的学生得到不同的发展，提高学习的效果和效率。

二、教学目标

1、知识与技能目标：

（1）学生能听懂、会说、认读并书写下列词汇：ill，lesson，its （2）学生能认读、理解并运用下列问句：

How’s the weather today?

What is the temperature? 2、情感态度目标: 培养学生观察和思维能力，提高学生对事物的探究兴趣，激发学生的学习兴趣。

三、教学重难点

1、重点：

熟练运用“What is the temperature? It’s _____degrees.”描述温度和运用“What is ______ temperature? It’s _____degrees.”描述体温。。

2、难点：

能熟练运用温度计并正确表达温度。

四、教学准备

多媒体课件、录音机、磁带、单词卡片。

Step1 Warming up （5 minutes）

T: This lesson, we’re going to learn lesson9 Mr. Wood Teaches a Science Lesson. “Science Lesson”means “科学课”. Read after me. S：lesson9 Mr. Wood Teaches a Science Lesson. T: First, let’s look at these words. Can you read them? Sun, sunny, one, two! T: In spring, how’s the weather ? S: Warm and rainy. ……

T:Let’s chant. Spring, spring, warm and rainy……

学生和老师交流后说歌谣，做一下热身活动的同时复习本课将需要的天气词汇。简单的歌谣交流将学生带入今天的语境当中。

Step2 Presentation and Practice (25 minutes) 1.

T: Look at these pictures. How is the weather? What’s the temperature? “temperature”

means “温度”。Read after me, temperature.（注意字母发音）

S: temperature. T: What’s the temperature? 温度是什么？follow me. S: What’s the temperature? T: We can say “It’s ----degrees.”

（练习对话，巩固本课重点句子What is the temperature? It’s _____degrees。强调degree的单数情况one degree不用加s）

T: Look, this is the weather report. Let’s read together. This time let’s make a dialogue. For example, “how’s the weather in Baoding? It’s snowy. What’s the temperature? It’s 2 degrees. It’s cold.”

Lesson9:Mr.Wood Teaches a Science教学反思

本课的教学，温度是重点。在教学的过程中，我把几种询问温度的句型放到实际生活中，让学生们在练习中去感悟语言，在最后的综合活动中去运用语言。

课文分为三部分:第一部分要求学生听懂会说句型What’s the temperature ? It’s _____degrees.第二部分让学生掌握课文内容之后回答与课文有关的三个问题。第三部分综合学过的天气形容词和本课的温度句型，以天气预报的方式加以练习。从内容来看，每一部分的联系很是

紧密，尤其是第二和第三部分的练习是对第一部内容的加深和巩固。

我认为，本课我最成功的环节是让学生联系生活，与科学课达成了课程融合。而且在活动中，我始终做到词不离句，句不离段，发挥学生们的观察能力，体验生活中的温度。把死的知识带入到真实的生活中，做到学以致用。

我深知：“凡是课堂上绝大部分的活动是由学生而不是由教师进行的课，则是最成功的课。”在今后教学中，我坚持以学生为中心，充分调动学生的积极性，引导学生积极动脑、动口、动手，踊跃参加课堂语言活动。在日常教学中，我更应注意坚持提高自身素质，让学生多听多练的同时不忘自身的提高。
