By using the task reading method, the process of the class is from easy to difficult. And at last, encourage students to help others. （二）Key points and difficult points: Words: camera, mobile phone, computer,sausages Phrase: hundreds of, in a hurry, look for, at the moment Sentence: People often lose things when they’re travelling or when they are in a hurry. （三）Teaching method: the Task Reading Method （四）Teaching process: Step one: Lead in Invite students play a game. Students will see some pictures on the screen, but the picture stayed in a short time. So students need to watch it carefully. Step two: Presentation Students will learn some new wors by seeing some pictures and then they will fill in the blanks to practice the words.

Step four: While-reading ① Why are there lost and found offices at airports and stations? ② When do people often lose things?

④What strange things are there at the New York City Lost and Found Office? （Encourage students read the passage and try to find the answers about these questions. After reading the passage, invite students answer the questions and check them together.）

Step five: After-reading After reading the passage, students should finish the exercises in Part 3 by themselves. Step six: Writing ①When you lost or found something, what can you do?

②Can you write a notes for those students who lost or found things?
