能用动词be的过去式

（was / were）介绍同学过去的生活

以说为主要教学方式，以讨论为主要方法，通过同桌讨论和小组以及全班讨论，让每个学生充分练习口语和说的能力，并将听说读写有机地贯穿一体。设立一些语言环境，结合自己或他人的过去生活和经历，最后一起学习本模块的重、难点，为突破重、难点再做一些课堂和课后的练习。

Step5：Study Grammar ——The simple past tense

★一般过去时用于描述过去某个时间发生的动作或存在的状态。

★常与表示过去的时间状语或从句连用，如：yesterday昨天, the day before yesterday=two days ago前天,last week上周, just now刚才, at that time在那时, when he was six当他6岁的时候

… 等。

主语是第一人称/第三人称单数时，be 动词为was；当主语是第二人称或复数时，be 动词为were。即：

含有be动词的一般过去时的各种句式：

1.肯定句：主语+was/were+其他.

He was in a bank just now.

刚才他在银行。

They were at home last night．

昨晚他们在家。

2.否定句：主语

+ was/were + not + 其他.

(was not, were not 可缩写为wasn’t, weren’t)

Han Mei and Wei Hua were not in the classroom just now.

韩梅和魏华刚才不在教室里。

Tony wasn’t a teacher two years ago.

两年前Tony还不是一位老师。

3.一般疑问句：Was/Were+主语+其他？

肯定回答：Yes, 主语(代词)+was/were.

否定回答：No, 主语(代词)+wasn’t/

weren’t.

—Were you on the farm yesterday?

—Yes, I was. /No, I wasn’t.

—昨天你在农场吗？

—是的，我在。/不，我不在。

4.特殊疑问句：

特殊疑问词+was/were+主语+其他?

Who was your first teacher?
