教学思路：

本单元是围绕孩子帮助父母做家务的话题，重点是现在进行时的用法。课的一开始让学生谈论他们及他们的父母周末在家做什么而引出课题。接着由老师帮助父母做家务引入课文，提出问题：在这一家庭中谁帮了父母，谁没帮父母？解决问题后，追问他们各自都做了什么。层层递进，并让学生进行发散性思维训练，周六下午Mike的父亲做了什么？让学生在学习课文的过程中，逐渐会用新句型。最后在写画这一环节，可以检查学生是否真正学会今天的内容。最后教育学生在家要主动帮父母做事。
