一、教学内容Unit 3 My Friends A Let’s learn & Let’s chant
二、教学目标
1、认识目标
(1)能听懂,会说“My friend is strong.He is friendly.”并能熟练运用。
(2)能听、说、认读tall and strong,short and thin,quiet, friendly,等单词和词组。
2、能力目标
(1)能利用本课所学的形容词来描述自己的朋友。
(2)能结合新旧知识完成描述外貌猜测身份的游戏,提高综合运用语言的能力。
3、情感态度目标
(1)努力创造一种和谐、平等、宽松的课堂氛围,让学生乐于学习,敢于表达,交流自己的看法和想法。
(2)注重培养学生与他人交往的能力。
4、文化意识目标
增加朋友之间的友谊,建立正确的互爱互助的朋友关系。
三、教学重、难点
1. 教学重点:
(1)能够听、说、认读词汇tall and strong,short and thin,quiet, friendly, (2)能够向别人简单介绍自己的朋友及其外貌特征,如:My friend is tall and strong,she is very friendly.

教学难点:
(1)能够理解并掌握句型“I have... He / She has...”中have, has的用法区别;
(2)注意单词quiet的发音,不能发成[kwait],教师可借助手势帮助学生了解这个单词的意思。
四、教学准备:
课件
、图片、照片。
五、教学策略或方法
以小学英语新课程标准为理论依据,参照小学生心理及生理特点而设计,采用游戏法,表演法以及任务型教学等方法。
六、教学过程
Step1 Warming up

Greetings. T:Good morning children. Ss:Good morning teacher. T:How are you? Ss:I’m fine.Thank you,and you? T:I’m fine too.Thank you,sit down please.

T: Now, boys and girls. Would you like to do with me? Ss: Yes! T: Make yourself tall. Ss:Tall,tall,tall! Make yourself short. Ss:Short,short,short! Make your arms long. Ssong,long,long! Make your eyes big. Ss:Big,big,big! Make your eyes small. Ss:Small,small,small! (设计意图:以上的Let's do 的目的是为了复习旧知:tall,short,big,small等形容词,让学生温故而知新)
Step 2 Preview
Game:Say the oppsit word. T:Next!Let's play a game.ok? Ss:Ok!
T:Now.For example.I say tall,you say short. I say big,you say small.
Let’s begin: tall--short short---long big---small T:You are so clever.
Step3 Presentation
1 To teach: tall and strong,
Guessing game:Who is he ?(课件出示逐句出现句子,最后出现学生照片)
T:I have a good friend. He is tall. He is strong. He is tall and strong.”(practice to read group by group) T: Who is he? He is a new student.He is a good good boy. S: He is Chen Bo. 2:To teach: short and thin
T:What about the girl? (Show another picture of a thin girl) Ss:
She is short.she is thin.
Teach to read the word “thin”
T:OK..She is short and thin” Who is short and thin in our classroom? S1:…is short and thin.
S2: :…is short and thin. 3.To teach :quiet

(pleasant sheep and Xiao Huihui)
T:look!Who is she? Ss:she is pleasant sheep . T:Yes,she is pleasant sheep and who is he ? Ss:His name is Xiao Huihui. Tleasant sheep and Xiao Huihui are good friends. Look.They are so friendly. Practise to read the word friendly in lines
Ask and answer:“Who is he?His name is …”
5.Pair work: T:Do you have friends? Ss:Yes, I do. T:Who is your friend? S1:...is my friend. S2:His name is…
Show your good friend’s picture and talk in small groups. 6.Open the book,turn to page 25, listen,point and read,a 7. Listen to the chant and follow. Then chant in small group by change the words in the chant. Step 4 Extension 1、Teach to say and understand :Friends should help each other.
T:look at the pictures. Friends should help each other We should be friendly.
:Today ,we learn how to describe our friends,please look at let’s chant.
Step 5 Homework
1.Copy the new words 4 times and read them loudly.
2. Describe your family members.
