5.Teaching steps 1)

Greetings Say “hello” to each other, and talk something about the date and weather.

2)Revision Read the words and phrases learned in the last lesson. 1)

New content A: Show two boys. One of them is thin, and the other is fat. The two words thin and fat are present. He is thin but he is strong. B: long nose/neck, long hair, short hair, I have long hair/nose. He has short hair/neck. C. The teacher show a people and introduce him to them. Ask a student come to the front, and the teacher introduce him or her. D: Shake your hands ,we are friends. Yes ,you are friendly. E:take out word quiet . F:Master the new words and listen to the tape. 4)Practice Who is your best friend? Say something about your best friends. She has long hair, big eyes and ears. She has a small nose and a big mouth. She is cute.

What’s missing? First. Students close your eyes ,teacher hide one of the word behind back ,then students open their eyes and guess what’s missing? b.
