Part I Analysis of the Teaching Material and students Lesson 1 Family Activities of Unit5 is chosen from New starting line of Human Education Edition. This lesson is about different kinds of

abilities of daily life. It is helpful for Ss to express themselves in real situation.

Our students are in Grade3. They are active and curious, interested in new things. So when teachers teach new knowledge, they’d better use some games and activities.

According to the Analysis of the Teaching Material and students and based on the New English Course Standard, I set the following aims.

PartⅡ Teaching aims

（一）Knowledge aims：

1.The Ss can listen, read and say the new words：cooking dinner, listening to music, watching TV, cleaning the room, feeding the fish. 2.To enable the Ss to understand and speak: ——What are you doing?

（二）Ability aims:

1)To develop the Ss abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. 2) To use these new words to express themselves in real situation.

3) To develop the Ss ability of communication. （三）Moral aims: 1) To foster the Ss consciousness of good cooperation and proper competition.

2) To stimulate Ss' interest in learning English.

3) To educate the Ss' to love life and love to do housework. PartⅢ Teaching key and difficult points: 1. Key points: 1) Master the new words:cooking dinner, listening to music, watching TV, cleaning the room, feeding the fish. 2) Help the Ss listen, read and say the sentences. 2. Difficult point: To help the Ss express the new sentences in real situation.

Step2 Presentation

Learn the new words.

T: Today we are going to learn unit5 Family activities(教读) Look, There is a picture, What can you see in the picture? Who are they? What are they doing? Do you want to know? Follow me, let‘s find the answer.

(1) Play a guessing game. 用简笔画引入动词短语：cooking dinner, listening to music, watching TV, cleaning the room, feeding the fish. ①cooking dinner 先画出简笔画，学生猜（可说中文）板书单词并让学生一起拼写,同时加上肢体动作。T show the card and say she is cooking dinner.教读—抽读—齐读. Ps read one by one / line by line. Send the card to the best student. ②listening to music ③cleaning the room ④watching TV ⑤feeding the fish

(2)Do the actions and guess: ask 1-3 students to do the actions and the others guess. (3)Learn the sentence patterns. ——What are you doing? ——I am... ——What is she / he doing?

教学反思

本课为第五单元第一课时，新授词汇课。在本节课中，我主要采用了TPR教学法，通过肢体与词汇的结合，让枯燥的单词变得生动形象。在教授词汇的过程当中，采用了“石头剪刀布”、大小声等一系列游戏，学生学习兴趣浓厚。在本课结束之后，学生能较好地掌握该课的主要教学目标。

不足:1、warming-up环节，可以采用sing songs的方式进行热身练习。2、Group work环节，没有给足够的时间予以练习。

通过对本堂课的反思，在今后的教学工作中，我会加以改进，争取获得更好的教学效果。
