Lesson 1 Li Ming’s Big Family

教材分析

本课是冀教版五年级上册第一单元第一课，是一节新授课。

本课直接介绍了Li Ming的一家，其次逐一介绍Li Ming的其他家庭成员。引出名词复数、have/has、以及否定句的表达法。

《义务教育小学英语课程标准》中提出：能听懂简单配图小短文、理解有关时间表达的英语知识，通过学习具有表达时间的能力，在听、说、读、写的过程中学习时间表达法，进一步理解用英语表达时间的观念。

一、教学目标：

1. 知识目标：

学生能熟练的掌握家庭成员的英文称呼，以及对I have句型的灵活的运用。

能力目标：

能在情景中灵活运用所学知识，介绍自己的家庭成员。

3.

情感目标：

让学生体会家庭的关爱并表达对父母及家人的爱。教育学生学会感恩。

学生分析

本课的教学对象是10岁左右的学生，这个年龄阶段的学生已经具备比较成熟的思想和比较独立的生活方式，拥有自己的朋友圈，自己已经能够和别人进行简单的交流。

五年级的学生通过之前的学习和生活实践，已经非常熟悉Li Ming和他的家庭，现在介绍Li Ming的每个家庭成员，同学们能够比较容易理解本课知识。

通过学习本课，学生可以运用所学知识介绍自己的大家庭。

学生采用听、说、读、写等方法学习本课。

重点难点

教学重点：

使学生能够正确地认识本课生词并对I have句型灵活运用。

教学难点：

运用所学知识介绍自己的家庭。

教学过程

一、Greetings（1 minute）

Sing and dance a greeting song: Hello, neighbor! T: How do you feel? Ss: I feel happy. 设计意图

通过唱跳歌曲Hello，neighbor和学生打招呼，并且从跳舞中迅速引起学生的兴趣。 二、Lead-in.( 1.5 minutes)

T: Do you want to sing another song? Ss: Yes! T: Ok. Show me your hands. Sing another song: The finger family. T: All of you did a good job. The song is about the finger family. There Are five people in the family, father, mother, brother, sister and a a baby. Everyone has a family. I have a family. Do you have a family? Ss: Yes! 设计意图

通过The finger family 这首歌曲复习father，mother，brother，sister，baby，

并对新课进行导入。

三、New concepts. (15minutes)

1.Teach the new words. (7minutes) Show some pictures about the teacher’s family. T: Look! This is my family. This is my husband Mr. Hou. This is my daughter Hou Yiyi. And this is me. T: This is my small family, my father, my mother. My father and my mother are my parents. (Teach the students parents.) T: I also have a big family. Let’s see who they are. I have two grandfathers and two grandmothers. How about you? How many grandfathers do you have? Ss:…

Teach the students to read the new words: grandfather, grandmother, father, mother, aunt, uncle. Ask them to make sentences with the new words.

Draw the grandfather and grandmother on the finger. 设计意图

老师用自己的家庭照片来讲授家庭人员名称，可引起学生的共鸣。同时，在手上画卡通图片和导入环节相呼应，引起学生的兴趣，并能再次练习新单词。

2. Listen to the tape and learn the text.(8 minutes) T: We have a friend Li Ming. Yes? Ss: Yes. T: He wants to introduce his family for us. Let’s listen. Ask the students to listen to the tape, then judge. Li Ming’s family lives in China. Li Ming has a small family. Li Ming doesn’t have brothers or sisters. Jing is Li Ming’s cousin. Li Ming’s parents are Jing’s parents, too. Ask the students to read the text in their own ways. They can read loudly. They can read silently. They can read one by one…

Then do some exercise on the paper and check the answers. 设计意图

让学生从听、说、读、写四个方面加深对课文的理解与学习。让学生自选读课文的方式能给学生选择的空间，更好的激发学习英语的兴趣。

四、Practice and show. ( 15 minutes) 1. Make the family photos.

The students should make their family photos in their groups. Then talk about their families in the groups. When the music is over, they should stop. 设计意图

让学生自制家庭照片，能够更好的理解家庭成员之间的关系。小组讨论自己的家庭为下面的表演做准备。让学生们在音乐中进行活动，能够给学生们创造一个轻松的学英语的氛围。

2. Show their families. The students should show the families they talk about group by group. 设计意图

给学生们一个展示的平台，让他们爱上说英语。同时，通过观看小组表演，可以锻炼学生倾听的能力。

3.Watch the video about the family. When the students watch the video, the teacher should speak some English to describe the video and help them know what the family is. 设计意图

通过爱的表达式这个视频，对孩子进行情感的升华，教育孩子们要爱父母爱家人。在观看视频的同时，教师用英文描述，也给了学生们一个英文输入的机会。

五、Homework. (1 minute) Say “I love you” to your parents and hug them. Draw a family picture for your family and then write a passage.
