Activity One Warming up and leading in

T: Hello, boys and girls. Let’s enjoy a song ‘In the classroom’. T:

T: Yes. There’s a computer. The computer is on. What can you see? T: What can you see? Do you remember? S: There’s a … There are …

T: Is there a library/a playground /an art room/ computer room/ a classroom…?

T: Are there any desks in the classroom? …(通过图片欣赏让学生迅速进入学习英语

2．Brainstorm (Ask some questions)

T: Look here, This is Yang Ling’s school building.

T: Nancy is a new student.(揭示课题 A new student) She wants to know something about it. If you are Nancy, ask some questions.

T: I don’t know either. Yang Ling will show us around their school. (教show … around…)

T: How many classrooms and computer rooms are there in the school? Read the questions together. Let’s read the dialogue and answer the questions. Try to underline the key sentences.

T: Who can find the key sentences? Read together.

T: There are 24 classrooms. This is Yang Ling’s classroom. There are two computer rooms. There’s a library. There’s a music room. There’s a table tennis room.

3.Read、underline and stick

T: Where are the rooms? On which floor? Read and underline the sentences first then stick the pictures.

T: Yang Ling’s classroom is on the second floor.

The computer rooms and the library are on the third floor.

The music room is on the first floor.

The table tennis room is on the first floor.(新授单词first、second、third)

T: Follow me. Let’s chant .

4.Read in roles

T: Read in roles. Who is Nancy? Who is Yang Ling? All of you are Miss Li. .
