Story time Teaching aims and learning objectives

教学目标

1. 在整体理解的基础上听懂、会说、会读故事中出现的词汇：take, get on, get off, walk, turn right, turn left, traffic lights, ask … for help。

2. 基于故事听懂、会说、会读句型：How do I get to…?及其回答You can get on the metro/bus at …Station. Then, walk to/go along … Turn right/left at the traffic lights. You can see the … on the right/left，并理解句型的意思。

3. 能较流利有感情地朗读故事，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。

4. 学生能够在理解的基础上较流利地朗读故事。

Step 1 Pre-reading

1. Free talk: T：Do you like watching TV? I like watching Total Soccer. What TV programme do you like?(生可中文作答) 2. Enjoy “Where are we going, Dad?”

3. Let Ss experience it. Finish 3 tasks. 4. Task 1 Think and guess

a. 2 wheels , ride----bike

Clue 1: The map is in SuHai’s house.

T: Do you know the way? What can we do?

Ss: We can ask the way.------- (引出课题：Asking the way) Step 2 While-reading 1. Task 2—Find the way to SuHai’s home.

(1) Watch and answer. Qs: 1. How can Yang Ling know the way?

2. How does Yang Ling ask the way?

(2) Read P26 and order.
