教材分析:

本单元学习的主题是描述最喜欢的季节并陈述原因。通过学习季节名称,了解各个季节的特征和在不同季节里的活动,能灵活运用主句型“Which season do you like best? I like ... best. Why? Because...”来问答最喜欢哪个季节并陈述原因。本单元的教学内容与学生的生活联系密切,教师应分层次为学生设计完整的语言情境和操练活动,激发并满足学生获取知识的欲望。鼓励学生用所学语言去描述自己对各个季节的感受,从而更加热爱自然,热爱生活。

学情分析:

五年级学生在已学习了两年英语之后,具备了一定的英语知识,有自己独到的思维意识,重视在群体或同伴交往中的地位和作用。因此,采用表演、对话交流和任务型的教学模式进行学习语言,运用语言是最恰当的。学生在PEP Book4中已进行过weather的认知和应用,对本课内容有了一些相关知识的储备。

教学目标:

1,学生能够听、说、读、写72页第二单元单词表中的单词和词组;2,能在情景中运用重点句型询问并回答对季节的喜好,并陈述喜欢某个季节的理由;3,通过使学生多开口说英语,培养学生学习英语的兴趣并提高英语表达能力。4,使学生理解春夏秋冬四季更替,从而更加热爱自然,热爱生活。

教学重难点:

1,掌握本单元四会单词和词组;2,能够灵活运用“Which season do you like best? I like ... best. Why? Because...”表达自己最喜欢的季节并陈述原因。

教法和学法:

教法:任务型教学法、互动式教学法、小组合作法等。

学法:听说法、练习法、合作学习法等。

教学反思:

本节课主要学习有关四个季节的单词和词组。在教学中利用多媒体进行呈现,让学生用英语对自己的喜爱的季节进行描述,并在此基础上进行语言交流,展开交际活动。现反思如下:本节课教学目标已基本达到。这些词汇与小学生的生活和学习密切相关。同时,这些词汇都比较简单,易于上口,学生乐学,积极性非常高,潜移默化中会想起这些单词和词组,在真实的情景中会运用这些词汇,这体现了新课程标准所倡导的发展学生语言运用能力的目的。但是,本堂课在教学新授单词和词组的整个过程中,形式有些单一,可以用不同的方式进行呈现,比如夏季等,可以声音等等其他方式进行引入。
