flashcards, pcitures of animals 教学过程:

Pre-task preparation
Put the wall picture on the blackboard. Describe the animals in the picture
one by one and have the students guess what it is
e.g.
T: It is very big. It has two big ears. It has a long nose. It likes eating leaves and
bananas. What is it?
S1: is it an elephant?
T: Yes, it is.
While-task procedure 二.
Show the flashcards for ‘Look and learn’
on page 15 of the Student’s Book.
Ask the students to repeat and spell the words after you. Then take one card
away and ask them to say the missing word and try to spell it.
e.g.
T: (show the flashcard for tiger) Tiger. T-I-G-E-R, tiger.
Ss: Tiger. T-I-G-E-R, tiger.
…
T: (take the flashcard for tiger away) What is missing?
Ss: Tiger. T-I-G-E-R, tiger.

Post-task activity.
Show the wall picture of animals. Ask the students to choose several animal
and talk about them in pairs as follows.
e.g.
S1: Look at … Do you like …? 三.
S2: Yes, I do. They are … They can…
