本课是Unit9 Is it a cat? 第一课时,课型是语音课。教学内容是本模块的Sound Family(包含Listen and Repeat和Read the Rhyme两部分)。本课学生将复习辅音字母j、k、l、m、n、p、q的基本发音,复习字母i在单词中的发音以及着重学习字母组合i-e的发音,并运用这些规律进一步强化自身的phonics语音知识,提高见词读音、听音辨词等技巧。

学生经过二年级和三年级的学习,陆续学习了辅音字母发音以及元音字母a,e的开闭音节发音规律,通过游戏、歌谣和故事等活动进一步丰富学生的语音知识和提高其拼读技能,帮助学生形成良好的语音素养,为学生的词汇学习及阅读能力的培养打下扎实基础。

本课运用赵淑红老师SPP模式,以sight words, phonics为基础。绘本故事讲述一头吃货猪的搞笑时刻,内容充分包括了含i-e的单词,让学生容易朗朗上口,趣味性强,有利于培养学生的阅读兴趣和习惯。

(一)语言知识目标

1.能掌握字母j、k、l、m、n、p、q的基本发音以及字母i在单词中的发音。

2.知道字母组合i-e的发音是/ai/。

3.能拼读含有字母i-e的单词、句子和故事。

(二)语言技能目标

能注意新旧单词的联系,发现拼读规律,并能运用已学的phonics知识读出新单词和含有新单词的句子和故事。

(三)学习策略目标

1.利用phonics快乐学单词。

2.借助多媒体学习单词,理解故事大意。

(四)情感态度目标

1.借助多媒体学习拼读方法,提高单词学习的效率,降低拼写单词的难度,激发学习英语的兴趣。

2.付出才能有收获,偷馅饼的行为是不对的,同时也要有健康饮食的概念。

本节课的教学对象为三年级的学生,学生口语基础较好,在二年级时已初步学习了Phonics拼读的方法,再经过3个多月三年级的学习,初步学了26个字母的基本发音,初步学习了a, e两个元音字母在开、闭音节中的发音及其简单的拼读方法。在前四个模块的学习中,学生掌握了2个元音a,e及其开、闭音节的拼读规则,也积累了部分辅音字母的发音规律,学生初步认识字母组合的发音记忆单词。学生平时学习单词时,老师也很注重phonics的渗透,学生对phonics的学习模式及自然拼读法的规则有了一定的知识储备。三年级的孩子好奇心强、喜欢模仿,对学习英语的兴趣浓厚,而且他们思维活跃,接受能力强,表达欲望强烈,在英语学习上有很大的提升空间。这个年龄段的孩子喜欢在歌曲、游戏、故事中学习英语。结合学生的特点,本节课希望通过形式多样的活动,激活学生已有的Phonics拼读基础,提升学生Phonics拼读能力和故事阅读能力。

1. 以SPP模式为主导,结合IIO的教学模式,让学生在语言输入中体验字母发音,在活动练习中内化字母发音,在语言输出中检测字母发音。

2. 注重小组合作学习,注重过程评价,提高参与课堂活动的积极性,促进学生共同发展。

3. 运用音频、微视频等多媒体辅助手段,能更好刺激学生的听视觉神经,使学生更直观更快掌字母组合i-e的发音。

4.活动式教学。本课的语音教学主要着力于字母符号的发音识记、运用,具有教学内容枯燥、容易混淆的特点,如果是采用直接的教法相信会对学生的学习注意力有较大的考验。因此本课在教学形式上更适合于组织各种活动式教学环节,如唱读小诗、玩游戏等,既能让学生保持较高的学习兴趣,又可以在学生在“玩中学、做中学”,在活动中感知语言、内化语言和运用语言。

Ss:Peppa...(Ss may have different answers) T:Yes. Peppa and her friends are doing sports on Sports Day. And the winner’s prize is a big pie. Let's have a look at peppa's sports line: Sight words, phonics time and picture book time. Children, are you ready? Ss: Go. T: Great! Now let's move to the first step: Sight words.
