教学反思

三年级小朋友大多十岁左右，他们的年龄特点决定了他们好动、好玩、好奇、好新、好强的特性，为此，在设计Unit2 My family 中Let’s Learn部分时，我把活动贯穿于整个教学过程。

在“Warming—up”开场阶段，先让学生做简单的日常口语对话，使他们放松自己的同时又进行了英语语言的输出，另外又可以创设

英语学习气氛。

Presentation时，我把孩子们喜欢的卡通人物Hu Tutu贯穿整个呈现过程，Tutu一出现，孩子们便被她吸引住了，带着好奇心，孩子们去了解Tutu的family，兴致勃勃地认识了Tutu家的所有成员。（即新单词father mother grandfather grandmother man woman）。

在Practise部分，我将教学内容与生动有趣的故事结合起来，丰富学生的课堂生活。Happy Birthday这一情境学生在日常中会经常发生，因而有效的拓展操练可以使学生学的只是可以达到学以致用。

总的来说，这是一节较成功的英语课，学生们大都热情高涨，积极参与。但在课后评课与反思时，我却发现了不是少问题。

一、课堂时间把握得不够好。

因为过多地考虑了学习氛围的调动，本课教学中游戏形式安排过多，导致最后拓展部分时间不够，不能让更多的学生有时间展示自我。

二、忽略了关注个别成绩较落后的学生。

上课的时候，大部分同学都能积极举手回答问题，在课堂中，我尽量让每位同学都有回答问题的机会，但整节课下来，我发现对于个别成绩较落后的同学，我还是忽略了关注他们，但有部分经常举手的同学我却连续叫了他们好几次。

三、小组合作性活动比较少。

整节课下来，游戏形式虽然多，也很新颖，很受学生的欢迎，但如果我能抓住孩子们小组意识特别强的特点，多开展小组性活动，效果会更好。这种体现集体协作精神的游戏，既能操练语言，又能培养学生的合作精神。

针对上述问题，在以后的课堂中，我要在以下方面下工夫：

一、把握课堂各个环节的时间分配，合理利用好每一分钟。

二、关注全体学生，多让学生参与教学，特别是后进生。

三、把学生倾听列入评价中。

四、多组织有效的小组合作性活动。

我相信，只要坚持做好课后自我反思，在反思中总结，在反思中改进，在反思中进步
