Language: Target: What’s the matter with you? I have a stomachache .You should take some medicine. What’s the matter with you? I have a cold. You should stay in bed. What’s the matter with you “ I hurt my foot. Be careful next time. Additional: Ouch! I hurt my foot. Sounds and words: /

T: Let’s listen to the tape.

Hold up the book and point to the pictures. T(Point to picture 5) What did Gogo do ? Was he happy?

Elicit responses from Ss. T: Let’s listen again repeat. 1

Play the tape, pausing after each expression to have Ss repeat. Put Ss into groups of three and give them roles of Gogo, Tony and Jenny. 8、

Have Ss look at the pictures on the page. Ask individuals Ss to read out the sentences. Play the tape a few times and have Ss practice along with tape. Put Ss into pairs and have them act the dialogs.

Play the tape and point to each word. Play the tape again and have Ss practice singing together. Divide the class into two groups Tony and Gogo. Have the two groups sing their parts in music. Encourage the second group to use a Gogo voice. T: Now, Let’s listen to the tape and find out what’s wrong.
