Unit 3 There Is a Cake on the Table (重大版小学英语四年级下册) 一、教学目标：

(一)知识目标： 1.能听、说、理解“What can you see? There is a … 2.能理解并听、说、读单词： box, maybe, 能理解并说单词mouse(mice), (二)能力目标 1.利用上下文、插图以及已有的知识基本理解故事内容。 2.运用简单的语言回答与故事相关的问题。 3.通过对故事的理解为故事取名。 4.能分角色表演故事。

(三)情感与文化目标 1.关注学生在学习过程中的情感体验，通过相互合作，培养学生的自信、乐观的个性和积极学习的态度。 2.利用pair work 、group work等活动形式，引导和培养学生在学习中注重合作学习的意识。 (四)学习策略 1.培养学生提取关键信息的学习能力。 2.培养学生养成默读的学习习惯和模仿纯正语音语调的语音学习方法。

二、教学准备 PPT，头饰，分组用的头像图片和盒子图片,绘本彩图，一个大纸盒子 三、教学过程 Step 1 Pre-story activities 1.Greetings. 2.播放猫和老鼠视频。（用what can you see in the video? There is ……引出mouse, 听、说单词mouse） 3 Say a chant. 以此复习句型 what can you see ?和There is… 4.出示三只老鼠图片并分组，讲解评价规则：出示盒子，赢得宝箱，得分低的会被猫吃掉。 (1) Now, what can you see? 引导学生说出There are 3 mice, the blue mouse, the purple mouse and the orange mouse.老师问: Which one do you like best? 然后给全班学生分组: blue mouse group, purple mouse group and orange mouse group. (2)师出示一个盒子，学习单词box， Guess,what’s in the box? (引导学生用句子maybe…maybe…来表达，学习单词 maybe) ,I have surprise for the winner in the box. Step 2 Pre-story activities 1．听录音，给图片排序。 T: three mice find a box too. Let’s look and listen the story. And then order. 2、小组展示图片排序,小组长粘贴黑板。

3．逐幅图学习故事。 （1）生自学一、二副图内容。

T：listen and follow it. 语音学习小提示：模仿纯正的语音语调，提高口语表达能力。 (2)观看第三幅图，完成Maybe 后的空（师ppt 出示第三幅图）

（3）想像第四幅图：the bule mouse 说话再表演 (4) Listen and imitate (师ppt播放第五幅图图片及语音) (5)学习第六幅图拓展 expand the ending

出示老鼠们打开盒子后不同表情的两幅图，启发学生发现并思考它们为什么有不同的表情。 T: Can you find the difference? 抽生回答问题。 (6)学完第六幅图，并评价黑板上的图片排序。 T:what happen?(师ppt出示图片，生跟读录音) 4、

生再次听录音，感知全文。

（1）生边听边跟读。

（2）看图完成填空。 （3）表演对话。
