教学反思：

我鼓励学生之间一起学习、交流，以促进他们的学习每课结束后，我都要带领学生进行系统复习，学生先练习，然后在我跟前“一一3过关”，查漏补缺。我把这些情况以表格形式记录，对学生情况做到心中有数以便更好教学。
