Step1.Warm-up 1. Greetings. 2. Game: Review the words about the jobs.

Step2: Presentation 1. Show the family tree of Amy. Review the family members. Then talk about the family members’ jobs. 2. Show the story, listen and try to answer the questions. 3. Show the questions, students try to answer the questons. 1). How many animals are there? 2). What’s his father’s job?

3). What’s his uncle’s job?

4). What’s his grandpa’s job?

5). Who is the baseball player? 4. Show the meaning of the story, then teach students to read the contents. Step3: Consolidation and extension 1. Students read the story in roles in groups. 2. Students work in groups. Introduce their families. Finish writing and talk in group, then choose the best student to taik in class. 3.Watch the video ,teach students to love their famlies. Step4:Homework Talk about your family members with your friends after class.
