教学内容：Period2 Grammar time 教学目标：

知识技能目标：

1. 通过复述故事，让学生观察并揭示句子中的动词都加了ing,出示动词的现在分词，让学生讨论后归纳动词的现在分词的构成，掌握动词的现在分词的构成。

2.通过看图问答，小组讨论等形式理解现在进行时的构成及其肯定否定回答: What are you doing？I’m…

What is/she doing? He/She is…What are they doing? They are…再通过小组竞赛快速问答的游戏巩固以上句型。

3.通过打电话这个环节，学生能理解拓展的内容：可以从不同的侧面来描述正在做的事情，不仅可以问答正在做的事情，还可以问答做事情的地点，例如：Where are you reading? I’m reading in the classroom.也可以问答和谁正在做什么，例如：Who are you reading with? I’m reading with my classmates.再让学生通过创编新的对话巩固拓展的句型。

情感目标：

1.通过看到课件图片中不同孩子的丰富多彩的业余活动，学生能提高对生活的热爱。

2. 学生能够在生活中进行一些有意义的活动，体育锻炼或培养好的兴趣爱好，让生活更加精彩和丰富多彩。

教学重难点：1.动词的现在分词的构成

2. 现在进行时的构成及其回答。

教学过程：

Step1 Review T: Today we will go on learning Unit5 Helping our parents.

T: Who is helping parents? S: Mike and Helen. T: Yes, Mike and Helen are helping parents. Look! They are busy in the morning. What are they doing? Can you describe? S: _______is ________ing T: （及时评价）

Oh, he can help his father, he is good boy.

Oh, she can help her parents, she is a good girl. T: In the afternoon, Mike’s cousin Jim comes, what are they doing now? Can you ask a question about Mike’s Mum/ Mike/ Helen/ Tim and Jim?

S1: What is /are…doing? S2: He/She is… They are…

(S1问S2答) T: Oh , You know the story well, can you retell it? S: Retell the story.

Step2 Presentation(呈现动词的现在分词,现在进行时) 1.

T: Look at these verbs, what difference can you find? S:都加了ing. T: Clever! Add “ing” to a verb is called present participle. PPT呈现：动词+ing 称为动词的现在分词

T: There are some verbs, do you know the present participle? Please talk with your partners. S: 讨论——回答动词的现在分词

T: Look at this line, let’s read.

sleep-sleeping……sweep-sweeping T: These words, we add “ing” directly. T: How about this line? Can you read?

3 Say a chant

T: Here is a chant for you, let’s say.

Cook, cooking, she is cooking.

Wash, washing,

she is washing the dishes.

Clean, cleaning , he is cleaning the table.

Watch, watching, they are watching TV.

Eat, eat, they are eating fruit.

Step3: 现在进行时句型

1.T: They are doing meaningful things. Actually, besides doing housework, we can do many meaningful things in our daily life. For example: doing sports. T: I like doing sports .What am I doing? You can ask me “What are you doing?(板书，教读) 操练一：
