Revision

1.The teacher asks students one question :How many seasons are there in a year ?

The students answer : There are four seasons. The teacher asks : and what are they ? And find a student to answer : spring , summer, autumn, and winter. Then the teacher writes the words on the blackboard. 2.

Then show the second ppt about the dialogue and find some students to ask and answer 3.

Set a game “ To be a reportor”

First the teacher is the repotor ,students will be the reportor like the teacher. 三．

Presention 1.

The teacher says about the favorite season :I like spring best ,because the weather is warm and sunny . I can fly a kite and go hiking in spring. 2.

Then ask the students about “what can you do in spring?”

S1: I can see beautiful flowers . S2: I can fly a kite . S3: I can go hiking . The teacher shows the ppt about “go on a picnic”

And make a sentence “I often go on a picnic with my family.”

Pay attention to “picnic”/piknik/ and find a student : Which season do you like best? I like spring best . Why do you like spring best ? Because I often go on a picnic with my family. 3.

The teacher says :maybe someone likes other seasons and “which season is the next?”

It’s summer . someone says : I like summer best,because I like summer vacation. The teacher says : I like summer vacation,too. And What can you do in summer? Then show the picture about “go swimming” and I like to go swimming in summer . Who likes to go swimming in summer ? The teacher asks :“What can you also do in summer ?”and show the picture about“eat ice cream”and tell the students: we shouldn’t eat too much ice cream ,because it’s not good for our

Show a picture of apples and tell the students : apples will be ready in autumn . In autumn ,farmers are very busy . Because autumn is the harvest season. The teacher asks : what can you do in autumn ? The students can answer in Chinese. Then show “pick apples ”,pay attention to “pick”/pik/ Now set a practice like this : A: Which season do you like best ? B: I like ______ best. A: Why ? B: Because I often ______ in _____. 5.

The teacher says: I have a good friend . his name is Mike . He likes winter best . And ask the students : do you like winter? If you like it ,tell me why ;If you don’t like it ,tell me why, too.
