教学内容分析

本模块以Fantasy Literature为话题，旨在通过模块教学，使学生了解Fantasy literature这一文学形式的特点和代表作，并学会如何介绍一本书以及如何写fantasy stories。本课时所执教内容为Vocabulary and Reading，通过阅读一篇介绍哈利波特作者J.K. Rowling 和

Harry Potter 的故事，学习相关词汇和短语。

二、学生学情分析

执教班级为高二年级文科普通班，大多数学生的词汇储备少，基础比较薄弱，因此在理解玄幻文学上有一定的困难。

三、教学目标

1. To help students to master the new words and important phrases and be able to understand in the text. 2. To help students to understand the text by fast reading and careful reading. 3. To help students to make a conclusion about the good qualities of J. K. Rowling. 四、教学重难点

整堂课所要达到的教学目标基本实现了，但是还是有如下的不足之处：1. 引入部分节奏比较快，没有给学生足够的时间的表达。2.阅读理解部分，在读前的词汇处理上如果能有语境来辅助学生理解生词应该更好；在快速阅读部分，没有让学生自己总结出每部分的大意，低估了学生的能力，有点急于流程的处理了。3. 读后活动的设计，如果先让学生就视频内容进行简单的讨论，效果应该更好。
