Sing and dance:《This is my snowman.》
Step2. Presentation. 1. Let the students listen to a beautiful song,t-hen tell me what animals they hear. eg:
cat,dog,mo-use,rabbit. . 2. Show the pictures of the animals and stick th-em on the blackboard. 3. Make the students listen , do the actions and imitate the voices of the animals . 4. Play games :Monster and Wooden people. 5. Make a dialogue with Mewmew (a peppet). T:Hello,Mewmew. M:Hello,Miss Xiao. T:Mewmew,look at the picture.What is it? M:It’s a cat. 6. Let Ss make dialogues like this. 7.
Let Ss look at my ears and say:My ears are
big.Look at the cat’s ears :Its ears are small. 8.
Let Ss tell the diffence between it’s and its. T:What’s the diffence between it’s and its? S:it’s = it is 它是。its它的. 9.
Ask Ss describe the animals with its .eg:Its t- ail is long . Blackboard-writing:

2.Let Ss make up riddles with the animals like this. 3.Ask Ss to listen to a chant and make up a new chant with the words and the sentences of this lesson.eg: What’s it ? What’s it ? Meow ,meow,a cat,a cat, a cat,meow.... 4.Make Ss chant and act. Step4、Homework:1.Make up some riddles with the w-ords we’ve learned. 2.Make up a chant with the anima-ls we’ve learned.
