教学目标

1. 能运用There are four seasons in a year. Each season ... 谈论四季月份的划分。

2. 能听、说、熟读PartB部分课文,语音语调准确自然。

3. 能在实际生活中灵活自如地运用以下句型来描述季节月份的划分,达到学以致用的目的。

1,Spring begins from March.

2, Summer is from June to August.

教学准备:

1.本课时的课件。

2.Let’s learn more 部分的图片。

教学过程:

Ⅰ.课程导入(Leading In)

1.听歌 Month of the Year Song.复习关于月份的单词。

2.听音辨单词。当听到教师说出一个月份单词时,学生迅速说出对应的序数词,然后交替练习。

ⅱ. 新课导入

T:What’s the season now?

Ss:Spring.

T:Yes,spring is coming.It’s warm and windy. We can fly kites.Do you like spring?

Ss:Yes,I like it.

T: What’s the month now?

Ss:April.

T: Yes. My birthday is on March 1st.What about you? Let’s talk about your birthday. And then tell me when is your birthday? Hello S1,when is your birthday?

S1: My birthday is on...

T: When is your birthday, S2?

S2: My birthday is on ...

首先教师提问学生回答,接着请学生互相提问、分组提问或以开火车的形式进行提问,通过丰富多彩的形式,反复练习和巩固月份及日期的英文表达,为新授环节做铺垫。

(借助PPT展示年历以辅助完成问答)

T: How many seasons are there in a year?

Ss: Four.

T: How many months are there in a year?

Ss: Twelve.

T: How many months are there in each season?Three.(学生不理解each的意思,教师通过自问自答引导学生理解单词含义) T: Great! There are four seasons in a year.And there are

twelve months in a year. So each season has three months. Which is the first season, then?

Ss: It’s spring.

T: Which months are in spring?(借助图片提示要求学生完成问答)

Ss: March, April and May.

(同样的问题问其他三个季节)

T: You are right. Spring begins from March. Spring is from March to May.(重复这两个重点句型)

板书句子:

Spring begins from March.

Spring is from March to May.用红色粉笔标出begins from和from ... to ...

T: What about summer?(引导学生作答)

T&Ss: Summer begins from June. Summer is from June to August.

T: When does autumn begin?

T&Ss: Autumn begins from September. Autumn is from September to November.

T: What about winter?

Ss: Winter begins from December. Winter is from December to February.

T: And which month is New Year in?

T&Ss: New Year is in the first month. It’s in January. 教师补充:It’s on January 1st.

2.听录音,重复跟读,整体感知短文。

3.教师提出问题,让学生带着问题通读课文,并回答问题。

(2)Does each season have three months?

(3)Is summer from July to September?

(4)When does winter begin?

(5)Which month is New Year in?

4. 再次播放录音,让学生跟读Let’s learn more部分的内容并学习短文,引导学生在对话情景中猜一猜新单词each和begin是什么意思。

ⅱ. 巩固活动

1.播放Let’s learn more部分的录音,让学生模仿其语音语调跟读课文。

2.将学生分成小组朗读课文,让会的给还不太熟读的学生教,然后小组朗读比赛,

3.男生朗读前两句,女生朗读后三句,中间四句四个小组一组一句。
