Ⅰ.Teaching Aims:

2). 学生能在图片和教师的帮助下理解故事内容,复习与巩固单元重点语言,扩展学习句型:

Here comes a tiger. What are they doing? Why are they looking at us?

They are taking pictures. They are copying us.

3).能够在教师的帮助下表演故事,并恰当运用故事中的核心语言。2.Ability Object:

培养学生的阅读能力和技巧。

培养学生善于发现自我的能力,引导孩子热爱动物。

1、Greeting

2、Lead-in:Free talk

T:What are they doing?/ What is it doing?

Ss: Here comes a ______. It is ______.

3、 Presentation

T:Here come Zoom and Zip, what are they doing?

Ss:Yeah, they are taking pictures.

T: Where are they? Can you guess?

T: Today Zoom and Zip go to the Zoom. At the zoo, there are animals everywhere. Listen to the song, and answer the question: what animals do you see in the video?

Ss: There are tigers, rabbits, monkeys,elephants and pandas. 1)T:Yeah, but what happened to Zoom and Zip?

Watch the cartoon and answer these questions:

Which animal do they meet first?

What does Zip take pictures of?

(Answer the questions)

2)listen and find out

Whose tail is it?

There is only a tail in the picture. Why?

(Answer the questions , read the dialogue of Picture1-3 and practice in groups , then role play )

3) Read picture4-6 and underline

Which animal do they meet after the tiger?

What are they doing?

(Answer the questions , read the dialogue of Picture1-3 and practice in groups , then role play )

2.Practice

Read after the tape/ together/ in roles.

3.Retell the story and fill in the blanks

4.A Continuation: Ss continue to write the story in the help of the words and phrases.

1. Read the story time correctly and fluently.

2. Make a new dialogue about the zoo.
