Step 1: Warm up 1) Sing a song: My weekend. 2) Review these words in this unit. 3) Review these sentences：

T: What do you do on the weekend?

Ss: I often …/I usually…/Sometimes I …

Step 2: Presentation

Read and write 1) 简单介绍故事《鲁滨逊漂流记》，为本课学习做好准备。

2）Teacher says: Robin is in a play. He is Robinson Crusoe now. Here is a letter from him. Where is Robinson? What does he do? Please read the letter and underline the words or sentences of his daily life.(the first reading) 3) After reading, students show the sentences of Robinson’s daily life: get up early every day, wash my face, eat breakfast, clean my cave, go swimming in the water, play sports with may friend,(use a picture to help students understand “ cave”). 4) Teacher go on asking: Robinson has a friend, what is his name?（His name is Friday.）Then teacher says: Yes, Friday is good at sports. He often wins. (理解good at, win) 5) Students read the text after the tape. (the second reading) 6) Students read the text in groups, then finish “Tick or cross”. (the third reading) 7) 利用课件简单介绍英语书信的格式，帮助学生了解中英书信格式的差异。

8）通过PPT复习一些日常生活的动词，然后指导学生完成回信，最后小组交流。

Let’s check 1) 学生先仔细看图，根据图片信息说说Mike的日常生活，培养学生的读图能力，为接来的听力活动做好准备。

Let wrap it up 1) 学生先读表格上方的词组，然后完成表格的动名词搭配练习。

2) 鼓励学生说出其他已经学过的与go, play, have, do搭配的动词词组，如：go fishing, go boating, play football, play basketball, have lunch, have breakfast, do the dish, do housework…

3) 引导学生小结go + V.ing 的语法知识。
