课题：PEP6 Unit4 A Let’s talk

一．教学目标

知识目标：

1. 学生能够听、说、读核心句型When is ... ?

It’s on ... .

2. 学生能够在图片和教师的帮助下，理解对话大意。

3. 学生能够在语境中理解specia day的意思，并能正确发音。

能力目标：

1.学生能够在情景中运用句型When is ... ?

It’s on ... . 询问并回答节日的日期。

2. 学生能够在教师和对话练习的帮助下，感知并学会总结in April和on April 1st 中in 和on 两个介词的用法。

3. 学生能够根据正确的语音、语调、意群朗读对话，并进行角色扮演。

情感目标：

1.

学生能够体会并表达自己喜欢的中外节日。

2. 通过I love____.做到延伸拓展，学生能够在情景交流中，体会并表达自己喜欢的中外节日所在的季节。

3. 学生能够进行同桌合作，培养学生的合作意识。

文化意识：

了解中西方重要节日的日期，渗透节日文化。

二．教学重、难点：

重点：1.读懂对话大意

2.学生能够听、说、读核心句型When is ... ?

It’s on ... .

难点：It’s in+月份，It’s on+日期，在具体语境中的使用。

三．学生情况

1. 通过第三单元的学习，学生已经学过有关12个月份和一些特殊日子（节日）的表达

2. 在四年级下册，学生已经学习过序数词的表达。

【教学过程】

Step 1.Warm-up 1.Greetings 2.播放歌曲“The way the

bunny hops”，学生在老师的带领下跟着做动作。

【设计意图】：英语歌曲渲染课堂气氛，通过问候拉近师生距离。

T: Do you like that song?

Do you like the bunny?

Ss:

T: I like the bunny. It’s about Easter.

Easter is a special day. Look！We have this paper, it’s about the special days.

Now, read with your partner, if both of you can’t read, underline it.

Are you clear? I will give you one minute. Go! Time’s up. I’ve found some words you underline. Let’s read them.

最后一个S说好，

T: When is Children’s Day?

若不会，T: Is it in January? Is it in June? Ss: It’s in June.

T: Yes, It’s in June. It’s on June 1st.(引导学生用It’s in ... . 回答) How about May Day?

铺垫。

Step 3. Presentation and Practice T: We are talking the month. Look! Which month are they talking about? Listen and say. (播放音频) Ss：April.

T: Yes, they are talking about April.

In April, there is a sports meet.

So, Zhangpeng is running. He is run for the sports meet.

Sports meet is a special day. Christmas is a special day, May Day is a ____(让s先说). So, special means? (ppt飞入选项）

T: Yes, we choose B，special day means“特别的日子”（跟读special day ，开火车）

T: We know sports meet is a special day, when is the sports meet? Do you know？
