Step 1 Greeting

Step 2 Review

1. Revise what they have learnt in lesson 11.

2. Revise the words of this lesson.

Step 3 Ask some students to explain the title of this lesson and ask the students what they think this text is about after reading the title and scanning the form of the text.

Step 4 Have a review of the features of e-mails.

Step 5 The students read the dialogue together.

Step 6 Ask the students to find what words, phrases, structures and sentences are unknown to them in this text in order to have a better understanding of them when the teacher reads and explains to them.

Step 7 The students read the dialogue after the teacher. Step 8. Explain the text to the students.

Step 9 The students read the dialogue together again. Step 10. Consolidation: do exercise 2 & 3 on page 29.

Step 10 Homework 1. Recite the text in this lesson. 2. Do the exercises of this lesson in the exercise book. 3. Do the exercises of Unit Review of Unit 2.
