（3）功能：中学学校信息。

2、语言技能目标：

（1）能正确使用序数词。

（2）能用英语说出学校各种教室的名称。

（3）能用所学语言描述学校各种教室所在楼层。

3、情感态度：

帮助学生初步了解中学环境的基本情况，激发学生对新学校的好奇心，培养学生的学习兴趣。

三、教学过程：

Step1、Warming up and lead in (1).Greetings (2).Free talk (3).新授

(4).揭示课题

Unit7 A Visit to a Middle School PartA.

Step2 Presentation （一）整体感知，学习课文第一段内容

(1).出示两个问题，让学生带着问题听课文并找出答案。

Q1:Which school are they visiting? Q2: Who will show them around this school? (2).请学生回答以上两个问题。

(3).教学句型show sb. around…

“带领某人参观某处”。

(4).听跟读课文第一段内容。

(5).请两三个别学生读。

（二）再读课文，学习课文第二、三自然段与单词physics，lab，study和teachers’ office 1.听课文找出功能室及其相对应的楼层。

1).教学词组：teachers’ office。

2).教学单词：lab，physics和study。

2.操练study 以及引出Sunlight Middle School的其他功能室

出示句型:We study...in the.... 3.听并跟读全文。

4.复述课文。

Step3. Practice 1.小小设计师:

为我们学校的新教学楼设计各个功能室的楼层。
