Unit 3 Bank or Beach? (1st) 教学目标

1、知识目标

（1）学生能听、说、读本课的八个单词和词组；

（2）学生能够利用“Where are you going? I’m going to…”进行对话，

（3）学生能够唱本课的歌曲。

2、技能目标

（1）学生的听、说、读、演能力能得到进一步加强，培养学生正确的语音、语调和语感；

（2）学生能够学会单词或词组，能够利用句子进行对话，还能产生进一步学习的兴趣和愿望；

（3）学生基本能用句子进行对话且用对话进行拓展延伸，基本能运用所学句型进行交际，提高学生综合运用语言进行交际的能力。

3、情感目标

（1）、通过小组合作学习，培养学生学会合作的意识。

（2）、通过活用对话，能让学生学会用这一句型交际。

教学重点

1.学会八个单词及词组:

bank, shopping mall, park, swimming pool, restaurant, hospital, movie theater, beach. 2.学会句型:

Where are you going?

I’m going to the ….

教学难点

突破个别比较难学的单词，如movie theater, restaurant, hospital 教学方法

任务型教学、交际性教学、多媒体教学

Teaching Procedure Step1. Warm up ---Greeting ---Sing a song

Teaching Aims 创设愉快的课堂气氛。

Step 2.Lead in

---Free talk ---Have Ss know about a new friend, Ms. Green.

“What is she doing? She’s … in the … .”

Learn three words --- swimming pool, shopping mall and park.

引出Ms.Green，并通过复习旧句型学习新词汇。

创设情境，将学生带入Ms.Green的一天这样的情境中来，并引出新的句型。

此次插入歌曲既能调节课堂气氛，以免过多的词汇学习让学生产生焦虑和烦躁的情绪，又能利用歌曲巩固所学单词和句型。

这一情境比较自然地引出‘restaurant’这个新词。

将一天上午、中午、下午，分节学习词汇可以消除学生学习疲劳。

单词学完后有一个整体的操练，起到巩固新词的作用。

Step 3. Presentation Introduce Ms. Green’s day.

1, In the morning

“Where are you going? I’m going to the …”

Learn the word---bank, movie theater, hospital

Review the words---Which word is missing?

2, Sing a song

Where are you going? Going, going, where are you going now? Going, going, where are you going now? I’m going to the swimming pool.

Swimming pool!

Going, going, where are you going now? Going, going, where are you going now? I’m going to the movie theater.

Movie theater!

3, At noon

“Where are you going? I’m going to the …”

Learn the word---restaurant

4, In the afternoon

“Where are you going? I’m going to the …”

Learn the word---beach

Step 4. Practice 1, Review the words ——Read after the teacher ——Point and read by themselves

2, Let’s practice!

用游戏操练学生感兴趣，不会觉得枯燥。

由浅至深，由词至句循序渐进的操练。

培养学生运用所学的词汇和句型运用进行交际。

Step 5. Extension write and sing

设计开放性的歌曲操练，可以让学生在轻松的气氛下达到运用语言的目的，并巩固所学内容。

Step 6. Summary

New words: bank, shopping mall, park, swimming 检查所学，让学生同事体pool, restaurant, hospital, movie theater, beach. 验学习的成就感。

Language structures: “Where are you going? I’m going to the …”

Step 7. Homework

1, Copy the word four times each word.

2, Make sentences after copying each word like this:

---Where are you going?

--- I’m going to … .

课堂上主要培养了学生对所学单词和句型听、说、读方面的操练，所以作业尽量落实到写。
