Task 5: Enjoying Childhood Friends

As childhood friends, we grew up together, Swearing to be friends forever and ever. Sometimes we would argue and fight, Other times we would laugh and stay up all night We went from playing with games and toys, To talking and dreaming about different boys. My thoughts and feelings, to you I would confide, Never having anything to hide. Friends we do remain, Things changing, and things staying the same. To each other we still listen and share, About each other, we will always care.

Task 6 Summary What have we learned today? 1. New words and phrases: bungalow,

worm, squirrel, be blessed with……

2. Read a passage about childhood friends. 3. Learn to read a passage using reading

skills, such as skimming, scanning. Task 7 Homework 1. Read the passage again and finish Ex.5 . 2. Review the new words we have learned today. 课后反思：本课为同课异构，其实不论任何时候，教师之间的备课上课都是同课异构的体现，本节课是词汇与阅读，首先是词汇，但是阅读训练是教学重点。所以在教学设计上词汇的教学既要花时间，又要兼顾后面的阅读训练，首先词汇的学习方面，因为词汇过多，也是阅读过程中的障碍，我先把词汇按照词性不同列举出来，要求学生课前预习，也就是先学后教，在课堂上要求学生对词汇的关注点是两个：读音和词义，保证扫除阅读障碍。后面的阅读活动设计基本顺利完成，在每个阅读训练中注重阅读技巧的学习和掌握，尽管很老套，却是很实用，不摆花架子。设计的读前，读中，读后活动由于考虑到学生的实际水平，都降低了一定的难度，读后的讨论环节也要求学生事先做好讨论。但是整节课下来，所设计的环节没办法完成。这跟学生的能力有关，教学步骤会因为学生的无数次困难而暂停，只好循序渐进，虽然没有完成所有活动，但阅读训练还是完整结束了。对于普通班的学生来说可以了。当然在整节课里还是体现出有部分学生由于听力和口语的匮乏而无法听明白指令时，老师也或多或少需要汉语的介入，这个也是耗时的事情。整节课我都尽量体现课堂教学24字中的：先学后教，问题导学，合作学习，积极展示，及时矫正。这也是摸索阶段，希望对将来的教学有一定的示范作用。
