Step 1. Warming-up and Lead in

Show a video clip about exclamation twice and ask students to find out the kinds of sentence the man often used in the video.

What a strange mother she is! Then ask students to find out what is the same of these 3 sentences. Step 2. Learn the meaning and structure of exclamation Teach students the meaning and structure of exclamation. 1.

Analyze the exclamation sentences with WHAT What+(a/an)+形容词+名词+(主语+谓语)！

1).What a clever boy (he is)! 2).What fine weather (it is)! 3).What beautiful flowers (they are)!

Find out adjective and noun in sentences. Show students pictures and try to answer the questions.
