单元目标：

能用英语表达一年四季，能够简单询问和表达四季中的节日和常见活动。

能听、说、读、写以下词语：

本课教学目标

1.知识目标

(1) 学生能够在语境中认读、理解运用短语the hottest season, heavy rain等。

(2) 学生能够理解Summer is the second and the hottest season of the year. The weather is very hot and there’s often a lot of rain.等句子，并在情境中加以灵活运用。

(3) 通过精读文本，学生能够联系实际生活，描述夏季的季节特点和自己的夏季活动。

2.技能目标

(1) 学生继续学习运用快速阅读获取关键信息的基本阅读策略。

(2) 能够借助核心词对文本进行梳理和表达。

(3) 学生能在小组合作学习中，树立合作意识，提高合作能力。

3.情感态度

学生能够通过学习理解文本内容，了解我国的季节特点，热爱大自然。

重点：

1. 有关夏季人物活动的词组及夏季的描述。

区分。

难点：能用所学语言完整的描写夏季。

教学过程：

Warming up: 一、朗读二十四节气歌谣。春雨惊春清谷天，夏满芒夏暑相连。秋处露秋寒霜降，

冬雪雪冬小大寒。

（以中文歌谣的形式开篇，打破以往的教学模式，在帮助学生了解二十四节气同时，激发学生的学习兴趣，调动学生的好奇心。）
