Lesson 8 Who is he？

一、

Teaching material：

科普版小学英语三年级下册Lesson 8 Who is he？“Let’s learn”。

二、Teaching aims：

1. Knowledge aims （1）掌握生词：father, mother, brother，sister能听懂，会说，会认，会拼写并知道词义。

（2）掌握句型：Who is he?

He is my brother.

Who is she?

She is my sister.并能恰当地替换运用。

2. Ability aims：

（1）使学生能够用英语向别人询问：她/他是谁？并学会介绍家庭成员；

(2)使学生能够在真实的情境中用英语进行交际；

(3)提高学生的听说能力，培养其在任务中进行交流、合作。

3.Emotion aims：

（1）使学生感受家庭爱的氛围，意识到家庭的重要性，同时教育学生：学校也是一个温暖的大家庭，同学之间要互帮互助、友爱和睦。

( 2 ) 让学生体会到学习英语的快乐。

理解、掌握he和she的区别，并能正确地运用句型：

《英语课程标准》指出基础教育阶段英语课程的总体目标是培养学生的综合语言运用能力。三年级学生具有“好奇、好玩、好胜、好动、好表扬”的心理特征。他们好奇心强，模仿力强，喜欢表现自己，对英语学习兴趣浓厚。因此，本节课，我注重以学生为主体，激发学生的学习兴趣，引导学生积极参与，充分运用多媒体进行教学，交流探索，总结归纳，师生互动，练习升华等教学法。使学生体会英语与现实世界的紧密联系，注重学生的实践活动，鼓励学生通过自主、合作、探究学习，来增强学生的英语运用能力。

Step 1

Organization for class Greetings:

Say hello to the students. Step 2 Warming-up

Sing a song: Who are you? Step 3 Presentation and practice

1. Lead in the words “father、mother, brother，sister and teacher ” by stick figures and write the words on the blackboard. 2. Blow the balloons to read the words. 3. Look and number. 4. Choose he or she. 2

5.Lead in the sentences：

Who is he?

He is my brother.

Who is she?

She is my sister.

by showing the teacher’s family photo. 6.Prctice by chant.

Step 4. Consolidation

1.Pratice by listen and guess. 2.Practice by showing the family photo. 3.Listen and guess. 4.Play a game “Quick flash”to practice the sentences. 5.Watch a short movie to practice the sentences. Step5 Extension

Sing a song《Finger family》. Step6 Summary Sing a song and put the cards on the blackboard. Step7 Homework 1.
