Story time 一、教材分析：本课是PEP人教版三年级起点吴昕主编的教材，五年级下册第六单元C部分的故事Story time.本课属于故事教学，目的在于通过故事教学，巩固本单元核心句型，同时，根据故事内容，让孩子们懂得在公共场合应注意的行为规范。

二、学情分析：

本课的学习主体是五年级的孩子，本课又是本学期起最后一个单元的最后一个课时，本单元的主要知识点事现在进行时，所以孩子们对本课出现的现在进行时I’m eating popcorn. The gorilla is eating a banana.很容易掌握，在图片的帮助下大部分孩子们能够猜出gorilla, popcorn, sign, exciting的词义，只是语音方面需要教师利用phonics教学法引导孩子们一起拼读。另外，五年级的孩子们有一定的思维能力，也有自己的想法，因此教学方法上不可单一和死板，教学过程应注意引导和发散，比如，创设情境给予他们表达想法的空间，从而达到故事教学的情感教育的目的。

三、教学目标

（一）知识目标：

通过阅读趣味故事，复习巩固本单元所学核心语言，增加语言的输入：The gorilla is eating a banana. I’m eating popcorn. It’s so big and strong. It’s so exciting. Talking quietly. Keep clean. Look at the sign.

（二）能力目标：

1.

绝大多数孩子能在图片的帮助下听懂、会读新单词gorilla, popcorn, sign, exciting等；

2.

绝大部分孩子在图片和动画的帮助下能够理解故事内容并朗读故事；

3.

大部分孩子能表演故事情节，能恰当运用故事中的语言表达自己的想法；

（三）情感目标：

培养孩子们遵守社会公德的意识及社会责任感，渗透文明要从小做起，从我做起。

四、教学重难点：

Let’s warm our bodies: Rabbit dance. 2.

Share the song: Animals are everywhere. Step2. Lead-in

Share the film King Kong. In the song, where are the animals? Yes, animals are in the zoo. Animals are not only in the zoo. (Show a picture of King Kong) Look at

this animal. Where is he? Yes, he is in the film. Let’s share the film King Kong.

Step3 Read the story 1.Watch the video of the story:

Who is seeing the film? Do you like the film? ( Most pupils must like the film.) Some other friends also like the film. Look! They are seeing the film in the cinema.Please guess: Who is seeing the film?(Maybe...)Now let’s watch the video of the story and answer :Who is seeing the film? 2.Can you remember: What is the film about? What is the gorilla doing? Let’s read the first two paragraphs. 3.

Watch the video of the story a second time: Do they like the film? Yes, they do. But why the tiger isn’t happy? Maybe...( Guide the pupils try to think and express their ideas.) Zoom and Zip are talking aloud. They are not quiet. Zoom is eating popcorn. 4.

If you are the tiger or the rabbit, how do you feel? What will you do?

The tiger: Shh. Talk quietly.

Zoom/Zip: Oh, sorry. 5.
