EEC四年级上册Unit7 :

Let’s GO Swimming

1.本单元设计意图:学生通过学习打电话时的用语,初步了解中西方电话用语的不同之处,并且学习游泳前准备动作的常用句型,培养学生热爱运动以及多做有意义活动的兴趣。

2.本单元学习目标 语言知识目标:学生能用英语进行打电话的简单交流,并且能说在游泳前怎样做准备活动,能从听、说、读三方面了解中西方语言文化的差异。

语言技能目标:教师创设情境,学生在情境中学语言,学生能运用所学语言进行交际的能力。 情感态度目标:激发他们学习的积极性,培养学生学习英语的兴趣,培养孩子乐于与人合作的意识,通过学习和交流,促进学生热爱体育活动。 学习策略目标:培养学生的注意力,观察力,激发学生积极思维,通过游戏活动,培养学生学习英语的兴趣,引导学生在任务中积极运用所学英语进行表达与交流。 3.学情分析 学生已经学习了一些动词及动词短语,可以支撑本课重点句型的学习。

Period 1

一、Teaching abjectives:

4. Students can imitate the text and talk on line. 2. Abilit abjectives :

By the end of the lesson, the students should be able to: 1. Learn how to speak on the line.

2. Read speak listen and write the phrases, go swimming, do warm up exercises, jump into the water 3. Use the structures like “let’s......”“I want to …….” to make sentences. 3.

Focus of the lesson: 1. understanding the dialogue as a whole; 2. Students can express what they want to do using the structures “ let’s......”

Step I: Warm up

T:Now let’s do warm up. Read the word warm up.

Sing the song,“walking walking”.Sing the song together and do the action. 设计意图:热身环节是为本课的教学目标服务,可以将学生带入轻松活跃的英语课堂气氛中,并自然地引出本课新授内容。

Step II : Revision

Quick time, jump, sing, clean the room, draw a picture, play computer games

ride a bike , play the piano , read a book, go to the library, watch TV

: Presentation

1.T: After the warm-up exercise let’s learn “Lesson Seven Let’s go swimming.” (Read and write the title.) Ss spell “swimming” together. Ss read “go swimming” and do the action. PPT show a picture, T teach the word;

T: Now, let’s watch a video. What do they do ? Ss: do warm up exercises T: Ok, let’s do it together. (Do the action and read it)

PPT show a picture, T teach phrase, “jump into” and read it. 设计意图:1以旧带新,能让学生以自然过渡的方式习得新知。 2 :“一口气”的游戏设计一方面可以充分调动学生的积极性,另一方面可以使学生对复杂单词的读音多次操练,达到熟读的效果。3 TPR的的使用可以让学生手脑并用,肢体动作加深印象,达到全身参与的效果。

Kate: Hi, Miss.Chen . This is ChenXiaoqing .

T: I want to go swimming. Let's go swimming tomorrow.

Kate: Great! T: Bye,

Kate: Good-bye. T: When we call somebody, we should say: “This is xx.” We can’t say “I’m xx.”

Look at ppt and ask some pairs to perform. A: Hello. Is ________ there? This is ________ B: Hi, ________. This is ________. A: Let’s ________ B: Great. 设计意图:1教师通过与视频对话,模拟出真实的情景,告别了单一的呈现形式,充满趣味性,旨在吸引学生的注意力,使学生能够身临其境地融入电话用语的学习氛围中。2教师通过先设置问题,再进行情景模拟,旨在让学生通过听和观察自己捕捉重点,并自己解决问题。

StepIV: Practice

1.

Play a game. There are two groups, boys group and girls group. They have a race.

Say more sentences using “ I want to....” within 20 seconds. 2.

PPT show a sentence “

Let’s go swimming this afternoon.”

Then the students make

more sentences in groups.

设计意图:1 以PK的形式充分调动学生积极性,并培养学生准确运用新授句型的意识。 2小组讨论旨在扩大操练面,培养学生的发散性思维,同时练习新授句型。

本节课主线明确,逻辑清晰,环环相扣,流畅自然。学生们融入在情境中,身临其境的进行学习活动。课堂内容丰富,活动多样,衔接自然,充分调动了学生的积极性,课堂气氛活跃。教师教态亲切自然。但要注意在某些活动上限制了学生的思考,应给学生更多自己发挥的空间。
