本模块的话题是有关邀请(invitations )方面的专题，教学内容以谈论各种计划、邀请为主，这个主题非常贴近学生的生活，学生会对这一话题的学习和讨论较感兴趣。语言重点是making plans, making invitations和 expressing wishes and hopes。本节课teaching Content 是Unit 5的第三课时，本课内容主要是在Module 2和Unit 5的第一、二课时基础上，制定计划，并邀请同学一起进行。教学内容是教学内容分析

（一）Language knowledge语言知识：

1、有较大英语学习的兴趣和能积极参与课堂教学活动，能保持良好的合作学习习惯。 2、能礼貌邀请、接受邀请或婉转拒绝别人的邀请。

(五)文化意识：了解西方国家是怎样邀请别人和对邀请做出应答。

五年级学生对自己生活中的“邀请(invitations )”的话题会感兴趣，能制定自己的的计划，也乐意邀请同学一起参加，所以通过本课的学习，学生能把学到的英语知识与生活实际结合起来，把学到的知识运用到现实生活。
