Topic: 1BM3U1 Seasons Period: the 2nd period Task: To introduce your favourite season. Background analysis：

本节课的教学对象是一年级学生。一（1）班学生活泼可爱，对英语学习有着较浓厚的兴趣和良好的听说习惯。绝大部分同学能积极参与教师组织的语言学习活动。本节课为第二教时的教学，学生已经掌握了四个季节词和每个季节的颜色、气候特征，会用简单句介绍。学生也已经学习过食物、饮料、活动等单元内容，为本节课的语段说话奠定了基础。

Learning objects：

1. 学习句型I do sth. 来表达自己一直会做的事情。

2. 能观察四季的图片，围绕What season is it? How is …? What do you see/do in …?

三个问题进行回答。

3. 能理解和掌握四个季节的季节特征，连贯用几句话从特征、所见所能等方面介绍某一个季节。

4. 在讨论中，鼓励学生运用之前学过的语言知识，认识、了解四季，培养学生感受生活、热爱自然和生活的意识。

Guessing game 竞猜游戏，一是通过简单问答：What season is it? 让学生猜问号背后的图片，以此调整课堂轻松气氛，激发学生学习兴趣。二是通过听描述季节特征的小片段来猜季节，以此从听说方面训练学生的听力、判断和表达能力。
