Presentation 1.

Show the picture of the food pyramid and talk about it. 2.

Ask the students to fill in the blanks with the words in the box. 3.

Listen and check the answers together. 4.

Read out page 36 by following the tape. (sentence by sentence) 5.

Read again. Answer the following questions: Do you eat lots of fruits and vegetables? Do you usually eat healthy food? Can you eat healthy food often? 6.

Check the answers.

Complete the sentences of the third part and check the answers. 四、

Practice Group discussion: To help the bear be thinner and healthier. (This is a promotional activity, because in this part, the teacher will tell the kids that keeping healthy is not just need to pay attention to the food diet, but also should get plenty of exercise, have good healthy habits and be happy and so on.) 五、

Conclusion & Emotional education Use the mind map to summarize and make a short emotional education about health. 六、
