Know more about Xiaolan according to the listening.

Teaching procedures Step one(Pre-reading): 1.

Introduce Miss Sun to Ss. 2.

Guess the song.

Step two(While-reading): 1.

Listen to the whole passage , get the main points from the passage and do some exercise. 2.

Watch a video, know more about the Foggy London in the old days. 3.

Through listening, know the difference between the old London and London Today. 4.

Listen the whole passage again, and fill in the blanks.

Try to retell the passage according to the table.

Step three(Post reading):. 1.

Listen to a passage about the changes in Xiaolan. And do some exercises. 2.

Show the passage to Ss, and check the answer. 3.

Speak out the changes in your hometown..
