Warm-up: fast reaction 2.

Lead-in: we’ve learned unit 1 to unit 3, four seasons, 12months and some phrases,today we’ll review and check what you’ve remembered,then we have a competition,first,I’ll devide you into two groups ,then you have a competetion with each other.

Present: (1)

Show five clocks :8:00, 10:30,11:00, 2:30p.m. 5:00p.m.,ask what time is it?and show the corresponding pictures and things ,have Ss read and write out the missing words or letters. (rule: who’s the first and spell out the correct words, the group gets one cord) (2)

We have class from Monday to Friday, what do you do on the weekend? ,present the four pictures and the four phrases ,complete them ,then judge then judge if the given words are correct. If not, correct them. (rule: who find the error and correct first, the group gets two cords) (3)

show four seasons and the pictures,words, then Ss read and spell , then show the things they can do in each season Practice:give some letters, have Ss reunite the letter into words, then the phrases like this (rule: have Ss circle and write out, one word gets one cord, the phrase two cords) (4)

One year has four seasons, and one year has 12 months, let’s go to have a look. Present the 12 months one by one,have Ss read them .

Practice: what’s missing? Have Ss remember all words then I wipe them one by one, have Ss read out the missing word and spell it . (rule: who stand up, read out and spell it, the group gets three cords) (5)

Present the sentence: give the paper to two groups, have Ss make them a sentence ,question and answer. Then give the training ,have Ss match and say. (6)

Conclusion: first, which group wins Second, we’ve learned lots of words and sentences, hope all of you can read, write and use them. (7)
