一.教学目标:

(一)语言知识目标:

1、语句:What do you suggest? What about chopsticks? Why don’t you give him a kite?

How about a dragon kite? 2、单词:suggest, excited, quickly, Chinese, America, kind (二)

语言技能目标:

1、能听懂并运用征求意见的语句:What do you suggest? 能口头运用What about…? Why don”t you…? How about…?这类语句提出建议,并能运用That’s great! That’s a good idea! I agree. Thank you! 来表达自己的观点。

2、能运用并书写单词:suggest, excited, quickly, Chinese, America, kind (三)学习策略:积极运用所学英语进行表达和交流,积极与他人合作,共同完成学习任务。

(四)文化意识:

1、了解在英、美国家中,征求意见和表达建议时的语气非常委婉,养成文明礼貌待人的习惯。

2、知道“龙”是中国的象征。

(五)情感态度:

1、在讨论中积极参与,主动请教,养成合作意识。

2、在比赛中乐于模仿,敢于开口,发扬创新精神。

二、教学重难点:

1、识别并正确运用单词:suggest, excited, quickly, Chinese, America, kind 2、运用What about…? Why don’t you…? How about…?句型提出建议。

三、教学准备:单词卡片、多媒体课件。将学生分为两个小组(Boys Group, Girls Group),并在黑板上用相应的图片作好小组标志。

四、教学过程:

Step1: Warming up. 1、Greeting. 2、Say a chant.

Clap, clap, clap your hands, as slowly as you can. Clap, clap, clap your hand, as quickly as you can. Roll, roll, roll your hands, as slowly as you can. Roll, roll, roll your hands, as quickly as you can.

Step2: Presentation 1、Review the words :suggest, excited, quickly, Chinese,

America, kind 2. T:Next Friday is my daughter’s birthday. I want to buy a present for her. But what kind of present? What do you suggest? S:a doll……

师引导学生用本课重点句型做出回答,并在黑板上面写出句型What about…? Why don’t you…? How about…?答语:That’s great! That’s a good idea! I agree. Thank you! 3. Make suggestions 出示课件,同桌间合作练习

4、Learn the text .

(1) listen to the tape, and try to understand the dialogue 。Then answer these questions:

1.Who is on the phone for sam? 2.Where is Daming going to go? 3.What does Daming want to do?

4.Will he take a present? 5.What’s the present?

(2)Listen to the tape, and try to find out the sentences about how to suggest. (3)Listen and read the text. Pay attention to the new words and new sentences. (4)Act.

Step3: Practise T:Boys and girls, we are going to have a picnic next week. Let’s go to the supermarket and buy something for the picnic. What do you suggest? Discuss in your groups. Step4: Homework 1、listen and repeat Unit1 . 2、Try to make a short play with your friends.
