Step 1 Lead-in （导入）

Show a ppt with some cartoon characters. Then guide students to say out their names and talk about what the cartoon characters like in order to review the use of “was”and “were”. 通过展示卡通角色的PPT吸引学生的注意力，并运用这些图片让学生运用“was”and “were”讨论自己喜欢的故事和故事人物的性格，既达到了复习的效果又调动了学生的兴趣。

Step 2 Look at the pictures in Activity 2 and finish the tasks.

Show some pictures and let students describe each picture and guess what the story is going to tell. Learn new phrases’ pronunciation..

听前给学生展示一组与课文有关的图片，通过带领学生描述图片，预测故事的发展来学习新短语的发音和意义

Step 3 Listen to the recording and number the pictures in Activity 2 in the correct order.

听关于故事的对话录音，让学生把这组图片排序。

Step 4 Listen and read the dialogue again，then get the students to answer the questions.

让学生带着问题再次听和跟读对话录音，然后回答问题。

Step 5 Read the dialogue together then in groups. Then ask students to use a verb or a phrase to describe each picture by filling in blanks. Check the answers and read the phrases after the teacher and do the action with the teachers together.

学生先齐读对话，然后分组分角色自由朗读对话，最后选几个同学分角色表演朗读对话。然后让学生看图片运用动词过去式或其他词填空，评讲答案，并让学生跟着老师边齐读短语边做动作。

Step 6 Retell the story according to the pictures and some key words. Choose some students to retell the story.

根据给出的图片和关键词让学生自由复述故事，然后选部分同学复述这个故事。

Step 7 Show time.

Let some students act out the story.

课本剧展示：一个学生复述故事，另外一名学生饰演Goldilocks。

Step 8 Summary(小结)

Guide students to read more famous stories. Tell students not to go somewhere far alone. Because it’s dangerous. 2
