第3课时教学目标:

1) To use modeled sentences to introduce a person or a place. e.g., This is Mr Xu. He’s Jill’s father. This is a fire station. 2) To understand the new words and phrases. e.g., dangerous , be afraid of, fire station, fire engine, etc. 3) To understand the dialogue correctly and fluently, and try to act it out. 4) To know the fire safety and keep away the fire. Topic: Visiting a fire station Step Pre-task preparation Teacher’s activities

Purpose 通过歌曲、自由谈话及猜一猜的游戏,复习单元核心内容,让学生快速进入学习状态。

听介绍Mr Xu的小语段,引入新授的同时也为后面学生的介绍作铺垫。

带着问题去观看Jill’s father的工作环境,让学生整体感知语篇。同时,通过问题的逐一解决,分段学习新知。

在表达中,逐步养成良好的行为习惯,体现学科的育人价值。

让学生积累生活经验。

利用读一读圈一圈,根据所给词填空完成短文,检测学生对故事的理解程度,以及对所学新知的掌握程度。

既关注对书本内容的复习,又关注对学生技能训练的兼顾,使课后练习成为课堂的有效延伸,巩固教学效果。
