Teaching Plan Teaching Contents It is the first period of Unit5 Do you like pears? in PEP Book 2. In this class, I focus on A Let’s learn. The contents are close to students’ lives, so it is not very different for them to learn. Teaching aims 1.

Teach the new words “apple, orange, pear, banana” one by one. (1). Teach the word “apple”

T: What can you hear from the song?

Ss: apple. T: Yes, apple. There are so many apples. （T teaches apple）? Ss: apple! T: （show three apples，teaches apples）

(2). teach the word “pear”. Show a picture of bear, show the word bear. Then change the letter “b” to “p”, let the Ss read “pear” themselves.

(3).Show students a pear, teach the word “banana”. 2. Practice (1)

Teach the word “oranges. PPT show the picture, let Ss guess.

3. Present the plural form (1) (PPT show students a picture)

T: What color is it?

Ss: It’s purple.

T: Guess! What’s that?

Ss: Grape.

T: Yes. It’s a grape. They are two grapes. They are three grapes. (2). Read the pictures one by one.

(3). Game: pick apples(choose two students, who can pick the fruit picture quickly ,who is the winner)

(4). Listen and number.

Let’s play guessing

game One students choose the fruit he or she likes. The other one guess what does he or she like. Use the sentence pattern “ Do you like …?”
