1. To stimulate and cultivate students’ interest in learning English.

2. To educate students that we should work hard and enjoy our life. Important point: 1. Students enable to read and understand the story.

1. The pronounce of “ what else and collect nuts ”.

2. Expand use the phrases and sentences in Unit 1 to make a story or expressive their weeks. Preparation:

一．Warm-up Listen to the chant “ What do you do on the weekend?”

二．Greeting and Free talk

Good morning , boys and girls. Today we will learn Unit1 My Day Part C story time. Before our class, I will devide you into two groups, Group A and Group B. If you are good, you will get a nut. If you win, you will get most nuts. Come on , please. 三．Review

1. Play a game (sharp eyes) to review the phrases in Unit 1. 2. Look, ask and answer to review sentences in Unit 1.

四．Presentation 1. Show a picture about Zoom and Zip to ask what do they often do on the weekend? 2. Watch the video about the story. 3. Show a table to finish after watching video again. 4. Watch and think. 5. Finish the table. 6. Watch and read after the tape. 7. Read the story in roles.(Group A-Zoom, Group B-Zip) 8. Choose the correct words to fill in the blanks to retell the story. 9. Make a new story about Peppa pig and Susie, then read it. 四．Practice 1. Teacher talk about her weeks. 2. Students write about their weeks. 3. Students show their weeks. 五．Summary and moral education 1. What have we learned today? 2. We should work hard and enjoy our life.
